As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates:
(a) “Litter” includes, but is not limited to, any garbage, waste, peelings of vegetables or fruits, rubbish, ashes, cans, bottles, wire, paper, plastic bags, cartons, boxes, parts of motor vehicles, unused building materials, wagons, furniture, glass and oil or anything else of an unsightly or unsanitary nature.
(b) “Noxious weeds” or “Weed” shall be any plant designated as a “prohibited noxious weed” pursuant to OAC 901:5-37-01.
(c) “Rank vegetation” means any growth of weeds or grass to a height of eight inches or higher on any developed property and twelve inches or higher on any undeveloped property.
