541.09 UNLAWFULLY STRINGING WIRES.

(a) No person shall place, construct, or maintain any pole, line, wire, guy line, fixture or appliance for conducting electricity or for telephone transmission, on or over any highway, street or other public place without the consent of the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
