769.02 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Except as provided in Section 769.03(c), no Mobile Food Vehicle shall be operated in the City without first registering with the Zoning Administrator. A separate registration must be made for each and every Mobile Food Vehicle to be operated within the City.
