(a) All development areas are subject to external inspections by City of Sylvania Department of Public Service to ensure compliance with the approved SWP3 and the performance criteria detailed in Section 931.01.
(b) After each external inspection, the Department of Public Service shall prepare and distribute a status report to the applicant.
(c) If an external inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWP3 the Department of Public Service may issue a Notice of Violation (“NOV”). (Ord. 36-2015. Passed 5-18-15.)
