Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has been previously convicted of a violation of this chapter, then a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall result in the revocation of the horse-drawn carriage license issued pursuant to Section 751.04.
