The growth of noxious weeds and rank vegetation as defined in Section 555.01 and/or the permitting of the same to spread and mature seed is injurious to the public health and safety, and the same and any land covered thereby are hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (Ord. 37-89. Passed 5-1-89.)
