A. Temporary Certificate of Occupancy: Any temporary certificate of occupancy that is issued with an expiration date of one (1) month or more from the date of inspection shall be assessed a reinspection fee in accordance with section 9-2-3.
B. Illegal Occupancy: In the event a structure is occupied before a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued or after a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has expired, the permit applicant shall be subject to penalties as provided in the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule.
