§ 34.45  DEED TRANSFER FEE.
   (A)   Whenever a deed is presented for transfer and it has more than one endorsement or legal description, there will be a charge of $5 for each separate parcel.
   (B)   This fee shall be in addition to any other fee provided by law.
   (C)   This section shall be in full force and effect on October 1, 2003, after is passage and publication as required by law.
