§ 34.25  INCREASE OF COUNTY OPTION INCOME TAX.
   The county option income tax is hereby increased, pursuant to I.C. 6-3.5-6-9(a), and shall increase by 0.1% each July 1 beginning July 1, 1997 and continuing until the maximum of 1% is met.
