§ 91.03  OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or any occupant of real property within the county to permit weeds and/or rank vegetation to grow upon such property. All owners of real property within the county shall cut and remove all weeds and/or rank vegetation growing upon the property.
