§ 94.03 VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Speed limits and obstructions.
      (1)   No person shall operate any vehicle within any park at a speed of more than ten mph.
      (2)   No person shall cause or permit any vehicle under his or her control to obstruct traffic. No person shall stop any vehicle in any park except at those places specifically designated as parking areas.
   (B)   Vehicle operation.
      (1)   No vehicle shall be operated within any park except upon the roadway or within any area expressly designated for vehicular traffic. Snowmobiles, minibuses and persons on horseback are restricted to those areas specifically designated for such uses.
      (2)   The Park Board may grant written exemptions to this requirement if the applicant for that exemption submits proof of liability and property damage insurance with terms deemed adequate and acceptable to the Park Board.
   (C)   Vehicles; park closing. No person shall leave any vehicle within any park after the park has closed. Any such vehicle may be removed by order of the Department without further notice to the owner or operator. The owner of that vehicle shall be liable for any towing and storage fees incurred.
