§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined an amount that shall be set by the Town Council from time to time. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
