§ 98.05 USE OR POSSESSION OF RESTRICTED INGESTION PARAPHERNALIA DEVICE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have in their possession any restricted ingestion paraphernalia device with the intent to use it to inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body a restricted smoking material and product.
