§ 98.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, as may be amended, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine upon conviction in Municipal Court and shall be subject to the penalties for a violation of an ordinance governing public health found in this code.
