§ 98.03 SALE, DELIVERY, OFFER, GIFT, BARTER OR DISPLAY OF RESTRICTED SMOKING MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, deliver, barter, give or publicly display any illegal smoking material and product to anyone within the corporate limits of the city.
