§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   An person violating any provision of §§ 91.10 et seq. shall be found guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (B)   A violation of any of the terms of §§ 91.40 et seq. is declared a Class C misdemeanor. Any person firm or corporation who violates a term of §§ 91.40 et seq. shall upon adjudication be adjudged guilty. A maximum fine of $500 shall be assessed against such violator in accordance with §§ 91.40 et seq. Each day of continuing day of violation shall be deemed a separate offense for which a separate fine may be imposed.
