For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY.
The City of Sweeny, Texas.
PERSON.
Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
TRUCK.
Any vehicle designed or operated for the transportation of property, and whose payload rating is over one ton.
