Any person, firm or corporation who commits any of the following shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500:
(B) Providing false information to a city official concerning licensing or permitting under §§ 151.01 through 151.13 or compliance herewith. Each day or portion of a day during which any violation occurs or continues shall be a separate offense.
