(A) Any manufactured home park subdivision in which has been established under the provisions of § 151.26 may be re-subdivided as a single-family residence subdivisions provided all owners of the lots in the subdivision consent in writing to the re-subdivision and the re-subdivision conforms to the requirements hereof.
(B) Any owner desiring to so re-subdivide shall make application to the governing body of the city in the manner provided by Chapter 152 of this code of ordinances and shall file therewith consent of all owners to the re-subdivision acknowledged in the manner and form required to record deeds in the office of the County Clerk.
(C) The procedure for subdivision aforesaid shall be followed, including, but not limited to the application and its contents, approval of streets, utilities and certificates of approval. No subdivision shall be re-subdivided without final approval of the governing body of the city.
