§ 94.03 HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.
   (A)   Corrugated iron is hereby declared to be hazardous, as is sheet metal of any type, and the same shall not be used in the construction or repair of any building within the city. The use of the material for repairs may be permitted in cases provided for in § 94.04(A).
   (B)   Metal structures will be permitted within the Fire Zone whenever a registered professional engineer or architect, duly licensed under the laws of the state, certifies that the building will withstand the wind load factor for metallic buildings, which has been established by the adopted Building Code for the city.
   (C)   Any person desiring to make repairs to any metal structure shall comply with provisions of § 94.04(A) before initiating any repair.
