1459.040 RESUBMISSION OF INCONSISTENT OR NONCOMPLIANT SWM SITE PLANS.

An inconsistent or noncompliant SWM site plan may be resubmitted with the revisions addressing the Borough Engineer's concerns documented in writing. It must be addressed to the Borough in accordance with Section 1459.037, distributed accordingly, and be subject to review as specified in Section 1459.038. The applicable Borough review and inspection fee must accompany a resubmission of an inconsistent or noncompliant SWM site plan.
