In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1481.01
, and any provision of this Part Fourteen - Building and Housing Code, or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, or any other local ordinance or resolution, the more stringent regulation shall prevail.
