A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Borough Secretary, being marked and designated as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 edition, as published by International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Housing Code of the Borough for the control of property maintenance as therein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 1481.02.
