1481.02 AMENDMENTS.

   The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1481.01, is hereby amended as follows:

   Section 101.1      Insert:      Borough of Swarthmore.

   Section 103.5      Insert:      Fees to be determined by resolution of Borough Council, which may be amended from time to time.

   Section 112.4      Insert:   $100, $1,000

   Section 302.4      Insert:      12 inches

   Section 304.14      Insert:      March 1 to November 1

   Section 507.1      Add:      No storm drainage, including but not limited to that from roof drains and sump pumps, shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system.

   Section 602.3      Insert:      October 1 to April 30

   Section 602.4      Insert:      October 1 to April 30
