Whoever violates this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or the maximum legal limit of the fining authority, whichever is greater, or imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or both. Each day a violation of this chapter or the DELCORA Standards, Rules and Regulations, as amended, occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense.
