EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinances 739 and 740, passed May 14, 1973, provided that improvements of the storm water drainage anal sanitary sewerage systems of the Borough shall be carried out in accordance with a comprehensive study made by Betz Environmental Engineers, Inc., copies of which are on file in the office of the Borough Secretary.
