The DELCORA Standards, Rules and Regulations of 2011, attached to Ordinance 1046 as Exhibit “A” and the City of Philadelphia’s Sewer and Wastewater Control Regulations, attached to Ordinance 1046 as Exhibit “B,” are hereby collectively adopted as the Wastewater Treatment Regulations for sewage conveyed from the Borough to DELCORA (the “Wastewater Treatment Regulations”). Where any conflict exists between any portions of Exhibits A and B, the most stringent of the portions in conflict shall apply.
