The direct discharge of storm and boiler blow-offs is prohibited along with the discharge of any wastewater at a temperature above 150°F (65°C). In areas where hydrogen sulfide production is of unusual significance in wastewater, this limit may be too high, and a lower limit shall be set at the discretion of the Village Administrator.
