No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, cooling water or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer. Any existing roof drain connections to sanitary sewers or combined sewers shall be connected into available storm sewer or shall be disconnected above ground in the manner approved by the Village Administrator.
