Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on any subsequent offense. Each day such a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
