§ 11.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 11.02 shall be fined not to exceed $100 for each violation. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate violation.
