It shall be illegal for any person to engage in the Halloween practice commonly referred to as “Trick or Treat”; provided, however, that, children may legally engage in “Trick or Treat” on October 31 of each year until the hour of 9:00 p.m., or on any other day and until any other time set by the Board of Trustees.
