§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   The first violation of any of the restrictions for shotgun events, as per § 130.27(A) of this chapter, shall prohibit the operation of such events at the violating site for a period of one year and subject the site to a fine not exceeding $500. A second violation at the same site of any of the above restrictions shall permanently prohibit the operation of such events at that site.
      (2)   Any person violating § 130.27 of this chapter by discharging a firearm or other weapon other than under the exceptions in either § 130.27(A)(1), (A)(2) or (B) of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500.

   (C)   Any person or corporation violating any provision of § 130.33 of this chapter shall be fined $500 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every time fire and police officers of the village respond to a false alarm made unlawful by § 130.33 of this chapter.

   (D)   Any who violates the provisions of § 130.34 of this chapter is subject to the following fines:
      (1)   One hundred dollars for the first occurrence;
      (2)   Three hundred dollars for the second occurrence; and
      (3)   Five hundred dollars for each occurrence thereafter.

   (E)   Any one found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 130.36 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, or more than $750.
