§ 130.15 ABUSING A POLICE OFFICER.
   No person in the village shall, by violent, tumultuous or obstreperous conduct or carriage, or by loud and unusual noises, disturb any police officer in the discharge of his or her duties, and no person shall use unseemly, profane, obscene or offensive language in the presence of a police officer; nor shall any person assault, strike or fight with any police officer in the discharge of his or her duties or permit such conduct in or upon any house or premises in the village, owned or possessed by him or her or under his or her management and control.
