§ 51.23 REMOVAL OR DAMAGE TO VILLAGE RECYCLING BINS.

Except as authorized by the Village Board of Trustees, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to remove any village recycling bin from the residential premises to which it is registered, or to damage it in any way.
