§ 51.22 UNLAWFUL REMOVAL OF RECYCLABLE MATERIAL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, except an authorized licensee of the village, to remove any item of recyclable materials placed in or adjacent to village recycling containers.
