§ 130.08 HUNTING AND TRAPPING PROHIBITED ON VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to hunt, trap or kill any animal or bird on village-owned property. Any unauthorized individual is hereby deemed to be a trespasser.
   (B)   The village may authorize government entities or individuals pursuant to an affirmative finding of the Village Board as identified herein.
   (C)   No individual Trustee or employee of the village shall have authority to provide authorization for hunting or trapping on village-owned property.
   (D)   Upon an affirmative finding of necessity for hunting or trapping to maintain the village-owned property, an affirmative vote of a majority of the members shall be required to allow an exception to this provision.
