It shall be unlawful to deposit snow which has been removed from private property on any sidewalk, alley, street or other public ways within the village, or to place said snow in such a manner that it in any way blocks pedestrians or motor vehicle traffic or impairs the visibility of pedestrians or motor vehicle traffic on any sidewalk, alley, street or other public ways within the village.
