§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Failure or neglect by the railroad to correct the drainage within 14 days shall constitute a separate and distinct misdemeanor for each 24-hour period thereafter.
