Within one week after the end of the large gathering, the areas and immediate surrounding properties shall be cleaned of all litter and solid wastes which can be attributed to the large gathering. All solid wastes shall be disposed of as provided in § 91.34 of this chapter. Unless otherwise directed by the owner of the property, all temporary facilities (such as solid waste receptacles and signs) shall be removed from the area.
