(A) Facilities shall be provided for all solid wastes to be collected and stored in leak-proof, non-absorbent containers, and all solid wastes shall be removed as needed and disposed of in a sanitary landfill.
(B) Approved receptacles having a minimum capacity of 52 gallons shall be provided at places conveniently located throughout the activity, camping and parking areas, and at each food service facility for the storage of solid wastes. These receptacles shall be emptied at least once per day into dumpster-type containers, which shall be emptied as needed.
