§ 131.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates § 131.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $50 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
