It shall be unlawful for a person to remain or wander about in a public place and for the purpose of violating any provision of G.S. Ch. 90, Art. 5:
(A) Repeatedly beckon to, stop or attempt to stop passers-by or repeatedly attempt to engage passers-by in conversations;
(B) Repeatedly stop or attempt to stop motor vehicles;
(C) Repeatedly interfere with the free passage of other persons; or
(D) Repeatedly pass to or receive from passers-by, whether on foot or in a vehicle, money or objects.
