A bicycle, for the purposes of this article, shall be taken to mean a device propelled by human which a person may ride, having two (2) tandem wheels.
Motor powered bicycle, may be in the form of electric or gasoline and may propel the bicycle with or without the aid of the rider.

Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating that no right, left or U turn is permitted, no person operating a bicycle shall disobey the directions of any such sign, except where such person dismounts from the bicycle to make any such turn, in which event such person shall then obey the regulations applicable to pedestrians.
