Sec. 11-26. Penalties.

   The following penalties are to be levied within a calendar year following the issuance of a written warning.

   (a)    1st Offense: written warning.

   (b)   2nd Offense: $100.

   (c)   3rd Offense: $250.

   (d)   4th and subsequent offenses: $500 and may be subject to a criminal offense. In addition, the town will seek nuisance abatement actions concerning habitual offenders.
