3-3-4: TIMESHARING IN PROPERTY:
   A.   The timeshare instrument of any project constructed or proposed for construction, or which timeshare instrument is recorded after the effective date hereof shall state within the body of such timeshare instrument that timeshare shall be permitted within the property.
   B.   In the event a developer or owner desires to timeshare a unit or units within an existing project where no timeshare units presently exist, then the documents constituting the project instruments and which would become the timeshare instruments must be amended to permit timeshare. In order to amend said project instruments, a majority vote as required by the project instruments shall be required.
   C.   In the event a developer or owner desires to timeshare a unit or units within an existing project where timeshare units presently exist, then the documents constituting the project instruments and which would become the timeshare instruments must be amended to permit timeshare. In order to amend said project instruments, a majority vote as required by the project instruments shall be required; however, the failure to so amend the project instruments shall not result in the termination or discontinuance of the existing timeshare.
