In the Office of the City Clerk, a fund is created to be designated as the "Municipal Nonproperty Tax Relief Fund". All monies collected under this chapter, and not otherwise budgeted by the City Council of the City of Sun Valley, shall be placed by the City Clerk into the Municipal Nonproperty Tax Relief Fund. All monies collected and placed into that fund shall be used to replace City property taxes in the ensuing fiscal year. (Ord. 484, 7-7-2016, eff. 10-1-2017)
