3-1-5: DURATION OF TAXES:
The Municipal Nonproperty Taxes authorized and collected under this chapter are hereby imposed for a duration of ten (10) years from the effective date of this chapter. (Ord. 484, 7-7-2016, eff. 10-1-2017)
