The committee shall have the responsibility to review and recommend to the city council on all matters of public information, education, and economic development, including amounts to be expended for tourist information and marketing, the appropriate levels of public involvement and public support for marketing and advertising, and the most efficient and economical methods of effecting the purposes contained herein.
