The committee shall be composed of three (3) residents of the Sun Valley area, one member to be a representative proposed by the management of the Sun Valley Resort, one member to be a representative proposed by the management of Elkhorn Resort and a third member to be a representative of the city proposed by the mayor with all representatives approved by the city council.
